About Shipping & Delivery Time

1. Standard processing time is between 1 and 3 business days. We do not process on weekends or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the delivery time. Please understand.
2. Normally, we arrange shipping Monday through Saturday afternoon, except Sundays and holidays. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. After that, the package will probably arrive within 3-7 working days. (Different countries/regions may have different exact delivery times)

Notice:

1. If your order has left us with inaccurate or incomplete address information, or contained unverified details, the order processing time may be delayed. We encourage all customers to carefully check your order information, especially the shipping address.
2. P.O.Box is not available, please leave a detailed mailing address.
3. A phone number is required in case the shipping company needs to contact you when you are not home.

About Shipping Method 

Normally, we use FedEx, DHL, UPS, GES Express. Please choose the most convenient express delivery according to your own situation when you place your order.

About Shipping Fee

Free shipping does not include Asian, African and South American countries where customers pay extra shipping. The shipping is $40 to these area. The shipping time is 8-15 business days normally. 

Return & Refund

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns 

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
